Joomla allows you to add an article index or table of contents to a Joomla article. For example, if you have long Joomla article, you might want to spit it into smaller pages. With Joomla, you can easily do this and automatically add a table of contents (TOC) so the user can navigate to different parts of the article quickly. Usually, you would want to split the articles at headings, but you can split them anywhere you want.

Joomla JCE Editor: Link List Disappeared

I was working on a client’s Joomla website and noticed that the Articles list in the JCE Link editor had disappeared. As a result, I could not link to articles using the JCE link tool. If you have this problem, download the lastest version of the JCE editor and install it. The problem is probably caused by a change to the software on your web server and not from a bug in the JCE Joomla content editor.

Fix Joomla CSS Problems Using Firebug and FirefoxYou can use Firebug, a plugin for Firefox browser, to fix css problems in Joomla, Wordpress, or any web page. There are a lot of questions on the Joomla forum regarding problems with css and Joomla templates, especially with IE6, IE7, or IE8. These problems can be hard to find and fix. Firebug makes finding css problems, or understanding css, much easier than looking at the page source alone.
