To order Joomla articles on category pages

By default Joomla displays articles on the category pages in the order in which you publish them.

1.	On the Content menu, click Article Manager and then click the Section and Category whose articles you want to order.

2.	In the Article Manager screen, in the Order column, type the order number for each article and then click the Save icon next to Order to save the new article order.

Note – You can also reorder articles by click the Reorder arrow in the article’s row.
