If you forget to checkin an article by saving it, no other users can edit it. The following procedure explains how to check in ALL checked out articles
- On the Tools menu, click Global Checkin.
Joomla checks on all checked out articles.
Important - Before running the checkin command, make sure that there are no users currently editing articles.
