How to Export JCE Content Editor Profiles

  • From the Joomla Administrator screen, go to Components > JCE Administration > Profiles.
  • Click Browse and choose the JCE user profile you exported in step 3.Import JCE Editor Profile
  • Click Import to import the JCE user profile.
    The profile is imported.
  • Select the profile checkbox and click Publish to publish the profile.
    IMPORTANT: If you want the imported profile to replace the Default profile, unpublish the Default profile and sure the new profile is assigned to the appropriate user groups.
